Swensen)\u4e0a\u4efb\u4e4b\u521d\u768413\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u589e\u957f\u52302019\u5e746\u6708\u7684303\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u589e\u957f\u4e8622\u500d\u591a\uff0c\u8fc7\u53bb10\u5e74\u7684\u5e74\u5316\u6536\u76ca\u7387\u4e3a11.1%\uff0c\u8fc7\u53bb20\u5e74\u7684\u5e74\u5316\u6536\u76ca\u7387\u4e3a11.4%\uff0c\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u957f\u671f\u4e1a\u7ee9\u6700\u597d\u7684\u673a\u6784\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u57fa\u91d1\u7ba1\u7406\u754c\u548c\u534e\u5c14\u8857\u7684\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5173\u6ce8&#8230;&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u5f15\u53d1\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5174\u8da3\uff0c\u672c\u6765\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5173\u4e8e\u5e74\u5316\u6536\u76ca\u7387\u7684\u4e3b\u9898\u5df2\u7ecf\u5199\u4e86\u4e24\u7bc7\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u7ed9\u51fa\u4e86<a 8.5%. \u5927\u81f41997-1999\u4e09\u5e74\u95f4\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u76f8\u5f53\u4e0d\u9519\u7684\u6210\u7ee9\u62c9\u5347\u4e86\u5176\u6574\u4f53\u5e74\u5316\u6536\u76ca\u7387\u3002\u8036\u9c81\u57fa\u91d1\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u65b9\u6cd5\u7565\u6709\u504f\u5dee\uff0c\u4ed6\u9760\u201c\u8d22\u5e74\u201d\u2014\u2014\u5f53\u5e747\u67081\u65e5\u81f3\u6b21\u5e746\u670830\u65e5\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u8d22\u5e74\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7528\u8d22\u5e74\u8ba1\u7b97\u5468\u671f\u4e0e\u9ed8\u8ba4\u7684\u7528\u81ea\u7136\u5e74\uff08\u5f53\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u81f312\u670831\u65e5\uff09\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8ba1\u7b97\u5468\u671f\u7565\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6bd4\u5982\u8036\u9c81\u57fa\u91d1\u552f\u4e00\u5f55\u5f97\u8d1f\u6570\uff08\u4e8f\u635f\uff09\u7684\u5e74\u4efd\u662f2009\u5e74\uff0c\u5b9e\u9645\u5f53\u5e74\u80a1\u5e02\u5927\u707e\u662f\u53d1\u751f\u57282008\u5e74\u4e0b\u534a\u5e74\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u504f\u79fb\u6216\u504f\u5dee\u540e\u9762\u8fd8\u4f1a\u7ee7\u7eed\u63d0\u5230\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6a2a\u5411\u6bd4\u8f83\uff0c2000\u30012001\u30012002\u4e09\u4e2a\u5e74\u4efd\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u793e\u4fdd\u57fa\u91d1\u3001\u7f8e\u56fd\u8036\u9c81\u57fa\u91d1\uff0c\u8fd8\u662f\u7f8e\u80a1\u9053\u743c\u65af\u5de5\u4e1a\u6307\u6570\uff0c\u90fd\u8868\u73b0\u4e0d\u597d\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u7f8e\u80a1\u9053\u743c\u65af\u5de5\u4e1a\u6307\u6570\uff0c\u8fde\u7eed\u4e09\u5e74\u4e0b\u8dcc\u3002\u540c\u65f6\u671f\u7684\u793e\u4fdd\u57fa\u91d1\u548c\u8036\u9c81\u57fa\u91d1\u80fd\u591f\u4fdd\u6301\u6b63\u6536\u76ca\uff0c\u5b9e\u5728\u662f\u96be\u5f97\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u793e\u4fdd\u57fa\u91d1\u4e0e\u7f8e\u80a1\u53ef\u80fd\u5173\u7cfb\u4e0d\u5927\uff0c\u5355\u72ec\u8003\u5bdf\u8036\u9c81\u57fa\u91d1\u4e0e\u9053\u743c\u65af\u5de5\u4e1a\u6307\u6570\u6216\u66f4\u6709\u610f\u4e49\u3002\u5728\u7f8e\u80a1\u5927\u8dcc\u7684\u5e74\u4efd\uff0c\u8036\u9c81\u57fa\u91d1\u80fd\u591f\u4e0d\u8dcc\u751a\u81f3\u662f\u5c0f\u8d5a\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0e\u5176\u5f15\u4ee5\u4e3a\u50b2\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u914d\u7f6e\u6709\u5173\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.1.
